1954 Voigtländer Vito II
The Voigtländer Vito II is a compact folding camera that takes 35mm film. Originally introduced in 1949, the serial number of this one dates it to 1954. We had high hopes for the film quality from this camera with the Color Skopar lens and all, but was somewhat disappointed in that a good number of shots from the first roll turned out blurred. The Raleigh skyline shot is testament that the camera is capable of taking sharp images, so next time we use the camera we'll take more care on the focusing and check the calibration of the attached Voigtlander rangefinder.
